This summery, Italian-inspired guac proves that everything tastes better when there's avocado involved.
Ingredients
- 4 avocados, pitted
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 c. mini mozzarella balls, cut in half
- 1/4 c. cherry tomatoes, sliced
- kosher salt
- Basil, for garnish
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mash avocados until smooth but still slightly chunky. Stir in lime juice, garlic, mozzarella, and tomatoes and season with salt. Top with torn basil.
