Ingredients

  • 4 avocados, pitted
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 c. mini mozzarella balls, cut in half
  • 1/4 c. cherry tomatoes, sliced
  • kosher salt
  • Basil, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mash avocados until smooth but still slightly chunky. Stir in lime juice, garlic, mozzarella, and tomatoes and season with salt. Top with torn basil.
