Ingredients

  • 5 c. loosely packed fresh basil leaves
  • 1/3 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 c. warm water
  • 3 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 16 oz. rinsed and drained canned white kidney beans
  • 1 lb. pasta

Instructions

  1. In a food processor or blender, process 5 cups loosely packed fresh basil leaves (from 2 small bunches), freshly grated Parmesan cheese, warm water, extra-virgin olive oil, garlic and salt until blended and smooth
  2. Pour into a large serving bowl, stir in white kidney beans.
  3. Add 1 pound freshly cooked and drained pasta. Toss to mix and coat.
