1/2 Cup of Icing Sugar (Powdered Sugar / Confectioners Sugar)
150g Butter (melted)
400g Can of Sweetened Condensed Milk
1/2 Cup of Lemon Juice
1 Egg
2 Tablespoons of Self Raising Flour (or 2 Tablespoons of Plain Flour 1 Teaspoon of Baking Powder)
MAKES 24 SQUARES
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: About 45 minutes Chilling Time
