  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 medium green pepper, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 medium apple, peeled and cubed
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. In a small skillet, saute potato in butter for 8 minutes. Add the green pepper, onion and apple; cook 6-8 minutes longer or until potato begins to brown.
  2. Add the water, brown sugar, salt and pepper; cook and stir until blended and heated through.
