Ingredients

  • 12 ounces orecchiette pasta
  • 2 large tomatoes, chopped
  • 4 ounces brie cheese, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, sliced

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and return to pot. Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
