- 1 pt. assorted cherry tomatoes
- 1 pinch salt
- Chopped fresh parsley or chives
Instructions
- In 10-inch skillet, heat oil on medium-high. Add cherry tomatoes and salt, and cook 2 to 3 minutes or just until tomato skins split, shaking skillet frequently. Sprinkle with parsley or chives.
