For extra style points, add lemon slices to the pitcher, and garnish each glass with a slice before serving. You fancy now.

- 1 part lemonade
- 1 2-liter bottle ginger ale

Instructions
- Pour even parts cranberry juice and lemonade into a pitcher, stirring to combine. Top with ginger ale, adjusting to taste. (If you're using a 20-ounce bottle of lemonade and 20 ounces of cranberry juice, we'd add 10 ounces of ginger ale.)
- Pour into glasses filled with ice, garnishing each cup with a lemon slice. Serve.

Lemons can help to prevent oxidative damage to the body, which women with PCOS are often susceptible to. Lemons are also rich in vitamin C, flavonoids, and other antioxidants. Lemons also have a low glycemic index, so they should not cause a rapid rise in blood sugar when consumed in natural form.
