Ingredients

2 c. wine 2 c. water 8 oz. thin spaghetti 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. capers 1 tbsp. butter .13 tsp. Pepper 2 tbsp. grated Pecorino cheese

Instructions

In 12-inch skillet, stir wine, water, spaghetti, and salt. Heat to boiling on high, stirring. Boil 9 to 11 minutes or until pasta is tender, stirring often. Remove from heat. Stir in capers, butter, and pepper. Top with grated Pecorino cheese.
