  • 1 c. 2-percent milk
  • 1/2 c. canned coconut milk
  • 1 graham cracker rectangle
  • 1 tbsp. granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp. meringue powder
  • 1/4 tsp. coconut extract

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into a glass and serve immediately or chill for later.
