- 2 boxes Trader Joe's Frozen Mac & Cheese
- 1/2 lb. Italian sausage links, sliced into rounds
- 3 c. baby spinach
Instructions
- Cook Trader Joe's Macaroni & Cheese according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, in a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook sausage until browned. Add spinach and cook until wilted, 2 minutes.
- Heat broiler. Transfer Trader Joe's Macaroni to an ovenproof skillet. Stir in sausage and spinach until fully combined, then broil until golden, 3 minutes.
