Ingredients
- 8 oz. strawberries
- 1/2 c. Water, Divided
- 1/2 c. sugar, divided
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 6 oz. blackberries
Instructions
- Blend strawberries and 1/4 cup each water and sugar with lemon juice until smooth; transfer to liquid measuring cup. Wash and dry blender. Blend blackberries and 1/4 cup each water and sugar until smooth.
- Fill ice pop molds halfway with strawberry mixture. Add blackberry mixture to fill molds completely. Insert butter knife or chopstick and stir gently to swirl berry mixture in centers of molds. Add sticks; freeze until solid, about 6 to 8 hours.
