Ingredients
- 2 avocados, pitted
- 1/2 c. Lettuce
- 1 c. cherry tomatoes, halved
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1/4 c. scallions
- kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 2 limes, halved
- Tortilla chips, for serving
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mash avocados until smooth but still slightly chunky.
- Stir in lettuce, tomatoes, bacon, and scallions. Squeeze lime juice over mixture and stir. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
