Ingredients

2 avocados, pitted 1/2 c. Lettuce 1 c. cherry tomatoes, halved 4 slices bacon, cooked and chopped 1/4 c. scallions kosher salt Freshly ground black pepper 2 limes, halved Tortilla chips, for serving

Instructions

In a large bowl, mash avocados until smooth but still slightly chunky. Stir in lettuce, tomatoes, bacon, and scallions. Squeeze lime juice over mixture and stir. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve with tortilla chips.
