Ingredients
- 1/2 cup light mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In small bowl, combine all dressing ingredients; blend with wire whisk until smooth. Refrigerate while cooking pasta.
- Cook pasta to desired doneness as directed on package. Drain; rinse with cold water to cool. Drain well.
- Meanwhile, cook bacon until crisp. Drain on paper towels. Crumble bacon.
- In large bowl, combine cooked pasta, bacon and all remaining salad ingredients. Pour dressing over salad; toss gently to coat. Cover; refrigerate at least 30 minutes to blend flavors.
