Here is the recipe:
Ingredients
4 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup sugar 1 tablespoon, divided
pinch cinnamon
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
5 cups cubed day old French bread
1 1/2 cup sliced strawberries, divided
Lightly grease a 9 inch round or square baking dish.
In a large bowl, add eggs, milk, cream, 1/4 cup sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla. Whisk until well combined. Fold in the bread and 1 cup of the sliced strawberries. Pour into the greased baking dish, cover, and refrigerate 8 hours to overnight.
Remove casserole from refrigerator and preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Place remaining 1/2 cup strawberries evenly over top of casserole.
Bake in preheated oven until set and top begins to turn golden, 35-45 minutes. During the last 10 minutes in oven, sprinkle the top with remaining 1 tablespoon sugar.
Let sit 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

PCOS-Friendly Foods in This Recipe
This recipe contains the following foods that may benefit PCOS management: Cinnamon.
Cinnamon is one of the best ingredients that someone with insulin sensitivity can eat. Half a teaspoon of cinnamon per day has been shown to be very effective at normalizing blood sugar levels. Cinnamon contains hydroxychalcone, which is thought to enhance the effects of insulin. It has also been suggested that Cinnamon prevents post-meal blood sugar spikes by slowing the gastric emptying rate - meaning that food digests slowly.
