Here is the recipe: 1 cup of Stevia powdered extract (from 5 pound bag) 1/2 cup of Truvia Baking Blend sweetener 1 cup of Dutch-process cocoa powder (or any unsweetened cocoa powder) 2.5 cups of instant dry milk powder 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1 tablespoon of cornstarch Directions: 1.) In a food processor, blend the Stevia extract until extremely fine. 2.) Add the Truvia sweetener and blend again until the consistency is very similar to confectioner's sugar. 3.) Next, add the dry milk powder and blend until fine. 4.) Lastly, add the remaining ingredients and blend until combined. Store in an air tight container with a quarter-cup or third-cup scoop. Makes about 20.3 quarter-cup scoops or about 15.2 third-cup scoops. To Use: Place a scoop of mix into a mug and add at least 8 fluid ounces of boiling water. Stir and enjoy!
