Mix Vegetable Khichdi is a traditional Indian dish commonly made with rice, lentils and various vegetables. This dish is simple yet very delicious to eat.

Ingredients
pea nut 3/4 Cup
lentil dal any kind of lentils 1 Cup
RICE 1 Cup
Califlower 1 Cup
Onion 1 Numbers
ladyfingers 1 Cup
snake gourd 1/2 Cup
Ridgegourd 1 Cup
carrot 1 Cup
green peas 1/2 Cup
beans 1/2 Cup
tomato 1 Cup
Palak leaves (washed and finely chopped) 1 Cup
fengreek leaves and any leafy vegetabales 1 Cup
coriander leaves 1/2 Cup
mint 1/2 Cup
green chillies 5 Numbers
curry leaves 5 Numbers
garlic 6 Numbers
salt as per taste To Taste
water As needed
Directions:
Wash all the vegetables and keep it a side
Take rice cooker add rice,lentils,peanuts,califlower,onion,ladies finger,snake gourd,ridgegourd,carrot,green peas,beans,tomato,all green leafy vegetables,coriander leave,mint,green chillies,curry leaves,garlic,salt and water.Now on the rice cooker let it cook
Remove once then button comes to warm and serve this dish with raitha
