this kind of dish is made only in lacal toddy compounds because its spiceness will suit very well with people who have toddy.normally it gives a punch to eat while having toddy. http://www.vahrehvah.com/kallu-compound-chicken INGREDIENTS KALLU 1 C CHICKEN ½ KG CHOPPED GARLIC 1 TS CHOPPED ONION 1 CUP GARAM MASALA 1 TB JEERA POWDER 1 TS CHILLY POWDER 2 TB SALT TO TASTE CHOPPED CORIENDAR 1 BUNCH TURMERIC ¼ TS METHOD Clean chicken cut into small size pieces. In hot pan pour some oil, add finely chopped onions, garlic, green chilies , turmeric, and curry leaves, cook it for some time and add Chicken pieces. Sprinkle coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilly powder, and garam masala powder And cover and cook it for some time. Sauté for some more time stirring occasionally till the chicken pieces are cooked.
