Spinach with Three corn curry is a dish directed to me when i cooked for a marwadi wedding and this has three types of corn used i e baby corn , sweet corn and to bind them we also use corn meal flour . All these are combined with saag masala and enriched with butter or cream or both http://www.vahrehvah.com/spinach-with-three-corn-curry Ingredients 1/4 tbsp Butter 1/2 slice Chopped Capsicum 1/2 cup Chopped Onion 1 cup Chopped Spinach 1/4 tbsp Cumin seeds 1 cup Frozen Corn Little 0 Garam Masala powder 2 small Green Chilli 1/4 tbsp Mustard Seeds Little 0 Pepper 1. Heat Oil in Pan. 2. Add Mustard Seeds and Cumin Seeds 3. Add slit chillies, Onion, Capsicum one after the other, and let onions become transparent. 4. Add Corn with a little Butter and let it cook for 1 mits. 5. Add Spinach 6. Salt, Garam Masala, Pepper.
