The word "scramble" makes you think of eggs, but there are none in this! All over India, there are versions of this dish. With this amount of chilli powder, it is supposed to be very spicy! If you don't like a lot of heat or spice, start with a small amount according to your taste.
Ingredients
1 tbsp coconut grated fresh
1 springs CORIANDER LEAVES
1 tsp coriander pwd
pinch cumin seeds
1 springs curry leaves
1/2 tsp gingergarlic paste
as needed 0 lime juice
1 tbsp oil
1 number onion
3 number potato
1 tsp red chilli powder
as per taste salt
pinch 0 turmeric
Directions:
first peal the potatoes cut into small pices and soak in water.
Now taken a pan add oil, cumin seeds, onion, curry leaves, salt mix well and then add turmuric, add the pices of potato drain the water and add mix well then add coriander pwd, red chilli pwd mix well and close it with a lid cook till it is done.
once it done remove the lid add chopped coriander, lime juice mix well and serve hot.
