This whole chicken is marinated in spices before being roasted to a juicy, succulent dish http://www.vahrehvah.com/roast-chicken-masala Ingredients: Rice flour 1 cup Water ½ cup Red chilly 3 n Mustard seeds ½ ts Cumin seeds ½ ts Urad daal ½ ts Channa dal 1 ts Peanuts 1 tb Ginger chopped 1 ts Green chilly 3 n Curry leaves 2 spr Onions 2 n Salt Directions: Take a bowl add rice flour, ghee mix it well and keep it aside.
