This whole chicken is marinated in spices before being roasted to a juicy, succulent dish

Ingredients:
Rice flour 1 cup
Water ½ cup
Red chilly 3 n
Mustard seeds ½ ts
Cumin seeds ½ ts
Urad daal ½ ts
Channa dal 1 ts
Peanuts 1 tb
Ginger chopped 1 ts
Green chilly 3 n
Curry leaves 2 spr
Onions 2 n
Salt
Directions:
Take a bowl add rice flour, ghee mix it well and keep it aside.
Heat oil in a pan add red chilly, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, Urad daal, channa dal, Peanuts, chopped ginger, chopped green chilly, curry leaves, onions, salt, water, once come to boil add rice flour, reduce the flame mix it like crumble.
served with spicy potatoes.
