Ridge gourd Tomato and Urad dal is a humble mildly spiced dish, very simple and takes very less time to cook, healthy and nutritious to eat.Ridge Gourd and Tomato cooked with Urad dal best to have with chapati or pulka http://www.vahrehvah.com/ridge-gourd-tomato-and-urad-dal Ingredients 1/2 tsp Chilli powder 1/2 bunch coriander leaves 1/2 tsp Coriander powder 1 sprigs curry leaves 1/2 tsp Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp oil 1 cup onion chopped 250 grams Ridge Gourd as per taste to taste Salt 1 number Tomato pinch pinch turmeric 1 tbsp Urad dal Directions Peel and cut the Ridge Gourd .
