Ridge gourd Tomato and Urad dal is a humble mildly spiced dish, very simple and takes very less time to cook, healthy and nutritious to eat.Ridge Gourd and Tomato cooked with Urad dal best to have with chapati or pulka

Ingredients
1/2 tsp Chilli powder
1/2 bunch coriander leaves
1/2 tsp Coriander powder
1 sprigs curry leaves
1/2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
2 tsp oil
1 cup onion chopped
250 grams Ridge Gourd
as per taste to taste Salt
1 number Tomato
pinch pinch turmeric
1 tbsp Urad dal
Directions
Peel and cut the Ridge Gourd . Take a pan add oil, urad dal, onion chopped, salt mix well and then add ginger garlic paste, turmeric mix well, curry leaves, chilli powder, mix well then add the cut ridge Gourd and let it cook till it is done Now add cube tomato, coriander powder and cook for 2 min and top it of with coriander leaves.
