Mrs.Vahchef is very fond of cooking and her Recipes are very unique and fit for busy women specially working women Gavvalu means shells and this sweet is shell shaped traditional sweet made in Andhra Pradesh. INGREDIENTS: Oats 1 cup All purpose flour ½ cup Butter 1 piece Salt To taste Carrots ½ cup Water As required Oil To fry METHOD: 1. Take a bowl, add oats, all purpose flour, butter and mix it. 2. Add salt, carrots, water and mix nicely to make a tight dough. 3. Divide dough into small portions and press it on fork or shell making mould like as shown in video and keep aside. 4. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry on slow flame until it brown and crispy. 5. Transfer into paper towel. 6. Now oats and carrot gavvalu are ready to serve.
