Mrs.Vahchef is very fond of cooking and her Recipes are very unique and fit for busy women specially working women Oats cooked with a lot of vegetables make a nutritious khichdi, which is very helpful for weight loss and a perfect health. http://www.vahrehvah.com/oats-and-vegetable-khichdi Ingredients: Cumin seeds 1 tsp Onions 1 Salt to taste Green chillies 2 Turmeric 1/2 tsp Carrot 1 Beans 2 Tomato 1 Oil 2 tsp Masoor dal(soaked overnight and boiled) 1 cup Lemon juice 1 tsp Oats 1 cup Mint ½ bunch METHOD: Take some oil in a hot pan and add cumin seeds, onions, salt, green chillies, turmeric, carrot, beans, tomatoes and cook for a while. Now add boiled masoor dal and mix it well. Now add water, lemon juice, oats, mint leaves and mix thoroughly for 2-3 min. Switch off the flame and enjoy hot.
