A delicious rice dish, this one is simple to make Ingredients: Ingredient Measure Units Rice 1 cup Water 4 cups Tur dal 1/4 cup Masoor dal (lentil) 1/4 cup Chana dal (Bengal gram) 1/4 cup Green moong 1/4 cup Carrot 1/2 cup Beans 1/2 cup Cauliflower 1/2 cup Green peas 1/2 cup Potatoes 1/2 cup Tomatoes 1/2 cup Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch Mint leaves 1/2 bunch Spinach 1/2 Cup Green Chili 4 Number Ginger 1 inch piece Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp. Turmeric Pinch Salt to taste Directions -- Method: 1. Take a rice cooker and add 1 cup of rice and 4 cups of water, add tur dal(red gram), masoor dal(lentil), chanadal (Bengal gram) green moong (soaked in the water), carrot, beans, cauliflower, green peas, potatoes, tomatoes, coriander leaves, mint leaves, spinach, chopped green chili, chopped ginger, cumin seeds, turmeric, salt mix it once and put the lid on and let it cook for 30 minutes. 2. Serve this with cucumber and tomato chutney.
