Moong dal sprouts 1 Cup
Cow pea sprouts 1 Cup
Alpha alpha sprouts 1 Cup
Paneer 50 Grams
Milk 1/2 Cup
salt To taste
Pepper Powder (crushed) 1 Tsp
Lemon Juice 3 Tbsp
Directions -- Method:

1. In a bowl, add Moong Dal sprouts, cow pea sprouts, alpha alpha sprouts, spring onions, Chinese cabbage and keep a side.
2. In a blender, put Paneer, milk, salt, and make it like a thin paste, to this and pepper powder, lemon juice, salt and mix well and add this mixture to sprouts and mix well and serve.
