Here is the recipe for a flavorful onion gravy that can be converted into many different dishes. so preparing and storing one when you have some spare time is a great idea. Ingredients:
onion 1 Cup
oil 2 Tablespoons
Dry garam masalas 3 each Numbers
salt to taste
turmeric powder pinch
ginger-garlic paste 1 Teaspoons
Coriander powder 1 Tablespoons
red chilli powder 1 Teaspoons
Green Chillies 3 Numbers
water as needed
methi leaves 1 Cup
curd 1/2 Cup
lemon 1 Numbers
chicken 500 Grams
coriander leaves 1 Bunch
Directions:
Take a pan add oil,dry masalas,onions chopped mix well add salt fry till onions are golden brown colour,Now remove the exess oil, then add turmuric,ginger garlic paste mix well, now add coriander powder,red chill, green chillies, if requried salt, mix well and add water as needed bring it to boil. onion gravy is ready.To this gravy add methi leaves, marinated chicken and cook till the chiken is done then add chopped coriander leaves. To mariante chicken, add curd,salt and lemon keep a side for 2hrs.
