http://www.vahrehvah.com/cabbage-pathrode-1 Ingredients: Mustard seeds 1/2 Teaspoons Jaggery 1/2 Cup Grated coconut 1 Cup Tamarind 25 Grams Urad dal 2 Tablespoons Fenugreek seeds 1/4 Teaspoons Coriander seeds 1 Bunch Red chilly 6 Numbers Salt To Taste Oil 2 Tablespoons Rice rawa 1 Cup Cabbage chopped 500 Grams Hing 1 Pinch Curry leaves 1 Springs Cashew nut 10 Grams Directions: 1. Take a pan put it on the flame and add oil heat it and add red chilly, coriander seeds, fenugreek seeds, urad daal, and add tamarind cook it, add grated coconut, jaggery, mix it and switch off the flame, once it cools down make a paste in a blender. 2. Take a bowl add rice rawa (soaked in water for 20 minutes) and made masala, salt, and add chopped cabbage, add some water(1 cup approx ) mix it like a thick batter. 3. Take a plate applies some oil and pour the mixture into it, Steam this mixture in steamer like idly for 20 minutes. 4.
