- 1 ripe Avocado (200g)
- 1 tablespoon of Rosemary essential oil (15ml)
Instructions
- Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit.
- Scoop out the avocado and place it in a bowl.
- Mash the avocado until it becomes a smooth paste.
- Add the rosemary essential oil to the avocado paste and mix well.
- Apply the mask to your hair, starting from the roots and working your way to the ends.
- Leave the mask on for about 30 minutes.
- Rinse off the mask with warm water and shampoo your hair as usual.
