Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1/4 cup seasoned rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon peeled and grated fresh ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Asian sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly grated orange peel

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, with a wire whisk or fork, mix the orange juice, vinegar, ginger, sesame oil, soy sauce and orange peel until well blended (or combine the ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid and shake to blend). If not using right away, cover and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
