Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 1/4 cups white sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon lemon extract
  • 1 teaspoon orange extract
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Mix the butter, sugar and egg until light and fluffy. Stir in the vanilla, lemon and orange extracts.
  3. Mix the flour and baking soda together and add it to the butter mixture. Mix until combined.
  4. Bake spoon-sized drop cookies on an ungreased cookie sheet for 10 to 12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. Remove and place cookies on a cooling rack.
