Ingredients

1 large onion, chopped 1 medium green pepper, chopped 2 teaspoons olive oil 4 garlic cloves, minced 1 can (16 ounces) kidney beans, rinsed and drained 1 can (16 ounces) fat-free refried beans 1 can (15 ounces) black beans, rinsed and drained 1 can (14-1/2 ounces) reduced-sodium chicken broth 1 can (14-1/2 ounces) stewed tomatoes, cut up 3/4 cup salsa 2 teaspoons chili powder 1/2 teaspoon pepper 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin

Instructions

In a large saucepan, saute onion and green pepper in oil until tender. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer. Add the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
