Ingredients

  • 9 cups Chex™ cereal (I used equal parts corn, rice, and wheat Chex)
  • 2 cups pretzels
  • 1 cup peanuts
  • 1/3 cup (6 Tablespoons) coconut oil, melted
  • 1 tablespoon seasoned salt
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. In large microwavable bowl, combine Chex™, pretzels and peanuts; set aside.
  2. In small microwavable bowl, microwave butter uncovered on High about 40 seconds or until melted. Stir in seasonings. Pour over cereal mixture; stir until evenly coated. Microwave uncovered on High 5 to 6 minutes, thoroughly stirring every 2 minutes.
  3. Spread on paper towels to cool. Store in airtight container.
