Ingredients
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper
6 boneless skinless chicken thighs (about 1-1/2 pounds)
Instructions
In a small bowl, mix the first eight ingredients. Sprinkle over both sides of chicken.
Moisten a paper towel with cooking oil; using long-handled tongs, rub on grill rack to coat lightly. Grill chicken, covered, over medium heat or broil 4 in. from heat 6-8 minutes on each side or until a thermometer reads 170 °.
