Guacamole, taco cream cheese, sour cream and roasted tomato salsa are layered to perfection and topped off with Cheddar cheese in this big game classic. Great when served with freshly fried tortilla chips or crackers.

Ingredients

  • 2 packages (16 oz) Crystal Farms® Wisconsin Original Cream Cheese Box
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup guacamole
  • 2 cups salsa
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 8 ounces Crystal Farms® Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/4 cup scallions, sliced

Instructions

  1. In the bowl of a mixer, combine Cream Cheese, milk, taco seasoning and lime juice. Whip until Cream Cheese is softened and all ingredients are evenly dispersed.
  2. Spread Cream Cheese mixture evenly over the bottom of a 4-quart casserole dish.
  3. Layer the guacamole evenly over the Cream Cheese, followed by the salsa and sour cream.
  4. Top with shredded Cheddar cheese and sprinkle with thinly sliced scallions. Serve with your favorite chips or crackers.
