Ingredients
- 2 packages (16 oz) Crystal Farms® Wisconsin Original Cream Cheese Box
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup guacamole
- 2 cups salsa
- 2 cups sour cream
- 8 ounces Crystal Farms® Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/4 cup scallions, sliced
Instructions
- In the bowl of a mixer, combine Cream Cheese, milk, taco seasoning and lime juice. Whip until Cream Cheese is softened and all ingredients are evenly dispersed.
- Spread Cream Cheese mixture evenly over the bottom of a 4-quart casserole dish.
- Layer the guacamole evenly over the Cream Cheese, followed by the salsa and sour cream.
- Top with shredded Cheddar cheese and sprinkle with thinly sliced scallions. Serve with your favorite chips or crackers.
