  • 3/4 cup green peppers, diced

  • 1/3 cup red onion, diced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 plum tomatoes, diced
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; refrigerate until ready to serve.
