  • 1 creme-filled chocolate sandwich cookie

Instructions

  1. Unroll Fruit Roll-Ups fruit flavored snack; remove paper. With kitchen scissors, cut 2 strips, 4x1/2 inch each, from fruit flavored snack.
  2. Take remaining piece of fruit flavored snack, and wrap around cookie, gathering at one end.
  3. Twist 2 strips together to make balloon string. Place string around gathered base of balloon.
