Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cheerios™ cereal
  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 cup mashed ripe bananas (2 to 3 medium)
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 400 °F. Grease bottoms only of 12 regular-size muffin cups.
  2. Crush cereal. In large bowl, stir together cereal, flour, brown sugar and baking powder. Stir in remaining ingredients just until moistened. Divide batter evenly among muffin cups.
  3. Bake 18 to 22 minutes or until golden brown.
