Ingredients

  • 4 hollow chocolate bunnies
  • 1 part salted caramel vodka, chilled
  • 1 part chocolate liqueur, chilled
  • 1 part half & half

Instructions

  1. Stick the liqueur and vodka in the fridge a few hours before the party so it’s nice and cold.
  2. Using a sharp knife, cut the tops of the heads of each bunny, just above the eyes. (If you cut into the ears, the chocolate tends to crumble.)
  3. Pour an even mix of salted caramel, chocolate liqueur and half & half. Stir, pour into each chocolate bunny and serve.
