You'll never have to settle for a mediocre breakfast sandwich again!
Ingredients
- Cooking spray
- 12 eggs
- 12 slices bacon
- 12 English muffins
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Spray muffin tin with nonstick baking spray. Crack eggs into the tin. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until egg whites are set.
- Meanwhile, make bacon. Drain and set aside.
- Toast English muffins in oven until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
- Assemble sandwiches with egg, cheese, and bacon.
- Heat in oven to eat right away, or wrap in foil. If wrapping, write date and then freeze. Reheat in oven at 350 degrees F until warmed through!
