  • 3 c. heavy cream
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. canned pumpkin
  • 1 tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 Oreo cookie crust
  • Melted chocolate, for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Using a stand mixer, whip cream until stiff peaks form. Beat in cream cheese until combined, then add sugar, canned pumpkin, and pumpkie pie spice.
  2. Pour mixture into Oreo crust and smooth over the top with a spatula.
  3. Transfer to the freezer and let chill until firm, 4 hours.
  4. Drizzle cheesecake with melted chocolate and serve.
