Oreo crust pumpkin cheesecake filling = #fallgoals.
Ingredients
- 3 c. heavy cream
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. canned pumpkin
- 1 tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 1 Oreo cookie crust
- Melted chocolate, for drizzling
Instructions
- Using a stand mixer, whip cream until stiff peaks form. Beat in cream cheese until combined, then add sugar, canned pumpkin, and pumpkie pie spice.
- Pour mixture into Oreo crust and smooth over the top with a spatula.
- Transfer to the freezer and let chill until firm, 4 hours.
- Drizzle cheesecake with melted chocolate and serve.
