  • 1 green pepper, chopped fine
  • 2 tablespoons melted bacon fat
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/8 teaspoon marjoram
  • 1/8 teaspoon sage

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Place in a greased casserole, cover and bake in a moderate (350 °F.) oven for 45 minutes or until potatoes are almost tender. Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer.
