The only thing better than brie is baked brie.
Ingredients
- 1 7-oz wheel brie
- 1/4 c. apricot preserves
- 1 to 2 tbsp. sliced almonds
- Crusty bread for serving
Instructions
- Spread brie wheel with apricot preserves and scatter with almonds. Bake at 350 degrees F until soft and starting to ooze, 10 minutes.
- Serve with crusty bread.
