  • 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar

  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1 package dry yeast

Instructions

  1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl; stir well. Let cool slightly.
