A creamy and delicious dip that is very easy to make and is always a hit! It is even better the second day. Serve with potato chips, crackers or fresh vegetables for dipping.
Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1/2 (.7 ounce) package dry Italian-style salad dressing mix
- 1 (4.5 ounce) can shrimp, rinsed and drained
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese and sour cream and blend with an electric mixer on medium speed until blended.
- Add lemon juice and dressing mix; mix well. Add in shrimp and mix.
- Chill dip overnight and serve.
