Ingredients
- 10 ounces calvados, applejack or apple brandy
- 4 ounces ginger brandy, ginger cordial or ginger syrup
- Juice of 4 Meyer lemons
- Ice cubes
- 32 ounces sparkling cider, chilled
- 8 pieces (about 2 ounces) crystallized ginger or lemon twists
Instructions
- In a pitcher, stir together calvados, ginger brandy and juice. Divide among 8 chilled glasses filled halfway with ice. Top each with sparkling cider, and garnish with ginger. DO AHEAD: Mix the liquor and lemon juice, and refrigerate up to 4 hours in advance.
