Sparkling Mint and Ginger Lemonade is a refreshing, bubbly homemade soda that's easy to make and easy to drink

Ingredients

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup fresh ginger, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 2 cups lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 liter seltzer water, cold

Instructions

  1. Combine water, sugar, ginger, and mint in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil. Cover, remove from heat, and allow to steep until room temperature. Strain out solids and discard. Add ginger syrup to a pitcher and stir in lemon juice and seltzer. Serve over ice and garnish with mint.
