Ingredients

  • 1 Pillsbury™ refrigerated pie crust, softened as directed on box
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • 5 tablespoons butter, cut into pieces
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 3/4 cups chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350 °F. Make pie crust as directed on box for One-Crust Filled Pie, using 9-inch glass pie plate.
  2. In 2-quart saucepan, heat brown sugar, corn syrup and butter to boiling over medium-high heat, stirring frequently. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla and salt. Cool 10 minutes. Beat in eggs with whisk until well combined. Stir in pecans. Pour mixture into pie crust.
  3. Bake 60 to 70 minutes or until set. Cool completely before cutting, at least 1 hour.
