Ingredients
- 1 c. chocolate chips
- 1 old-fashioned donut
- 2 scoops strawberry ice cream
Instructions
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips on low in 30-second intervals. Let cool.
- Halve donut and scoop ice cream onto donut bottom. Sandwich with donut top.
- Dip half of donut in melted chocolate and transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet or dish. Freeze until firm, 20 minutes.
