  • 2 lb. Yukon gold potatoes
  • 1/2 c. warm milk
  • 2 tbsp. butter or margarine

Instructions

  1. In 4-quart saucepan, combine potatoes and enough cold water to cover. Heat to boiling on high. Reduce heat to maintain simmer. Partially cover; simmer 15 minutes or until very tender. Drain well and return to saucepan. Add milk, butter, and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Mash until smooth.
