Ingredients

  • 2 strip Morningstar Farms® Veggie Bacon Strips
  • 1/2 c. refrigerated egg substitute
  • 1/4 c. shredded fat-free Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Prepare Morningstar Farms® Veggie Bacon Strips per package directions.
  2. In large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray, cook egg substitute over medium heat until egg substitute begins to set on the bottom and edges. Using a spatula, lift edges, allowing the uncooked portion to flow underneath. Continue cooking over medium heat until set.
  3. Sprinkle with cheese. Place Morningstar Farms® Veggie Bacon Strips on top. Fold omelet in half, covering veggie bacon strips. Serve immediately. This recipe has been tested and endorsed by Kellogg and Morningstar Farms®.
